OPTIMAL CREATIVITY BEGINS WITH A BALANCED MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT.

About me

Thank you for the opportunity to share my life’s work and passion with you. I am a intuitive leader and an innovative entrepreneur, the proud business owner and lead artist at Creative Flow Connection, LLC. Born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and spending a good part of my childhood in sunny south Florida has inspired my love for bold and colorful artwork. I have had the opportunity to travel across the states as a proud military spouse. Becoming a mother, my faith, and various life experiences have profoundly impacted my work. Blessed with the opportunity to pursue professional studies in Fine Art at Rowan College in Burlington County and Palm Beach State College have influenced my art and strengthened my technique. After earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Troy University, I sought out to unite my passion and purpose through aesthetic means. Creating a flow and connecting with others. As a visionary artist and motivational writer, I strive to provide insightful ideas, concepts, and goals for those pursuing progress with an artistic flair. I encourage you to expand beyond potential and step into your creative purpose.

“I am unique. I am resilient. I am fearfully and wonderfully made! I trust the next chapter, because I know the author.”

CREATE THE ATMOSPHERE

Before you begin your aesthetic flow, create a relaxing atmosphere and discover ways to ease your creative mind. Practice prayer, therapeutic exercises, and breathing techniques. Unwind with soothing ambient sounds, aromatherapy, and salt lamps.

Essential oils have the added benefit of health and wellness while providing a fragrant atmosphere to help you relax and unwind. Aromatic application can elicit powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses and support a variety of functions including smell, emotions, behavior, and memory. Essential oils induce uplifting or invigorating effects such as lemon or peppermint oil, while others like lavender are more calming.
